I hope that anyone who goes to the Darlo game gets priority on ticket sales for the next cup game 'if' we get through.

Think..... if we draw Man Utd away. The hardcore STH get their chance to visit Old Trafford in the league whilst those who get out on a 'cold' weekday evening get their reward.

If Reading FC made a policy that Darlington ticket holders would get priority for the next or later rounds and hyped it up a little then I'm sure it would get a few more along.

Remember Reading v Chelsea where all Huddersfield ticket holders could get a Chelsea ticket and if you were an ST as well then you could get 2 tickets. I had a lot of people trying to be my friend that week

Plus add in 200 royalty points and they might need to open the South Stand.

It was Huddersfield? I had to hand in that ticket stub to get a Chelsea ticket so it's the only football match I've ever been to which I don't have the stub

To be fair the crowd for Huddersfield was tiny - and it was a dire match. Before we scored I was praying for a goal to save us ythe boredom of extra time - and I mean a goal by either side!

I doubt I will go. I am boycotting most merchandise, catering and any unattractive games as a protest against the parking and rip off ticket prices.

I have just paid my Barclaycard bill for £2460 [for STs] and do not feel kindly at the moment. It will be our reserve team - so free parking and a £3 ticket might just swing it [although I still think STHs should see Reserve league games free].

Curse the greed bastards ruining the club I love to watch.

Why would there? The introduction of linking tickets has shown that royalty points was no more than a passing fad. Even if you get yourself points, there's a good chance the club will move the goalposts once again and/or still manage to introduce a ticket allocation system that stuffs you!

I think you can pick up a load of vouchers from the TO for free entry to the reserve games (the same vouchers were being handed out at the Open Day). I could be wrong though...

You should go to support your team no matter who they are playing just because we're in the prem now doesnt mean the team doesnt need our support against smaller teams

To be honest though, there are other things I'd much rather do on a Tuesday night than watch Reading reserves v Darlington.

Well the reserves did well against WBA last season in a comeback that was as good as and mirrored by the Boro game

Frankly there must be few things I wouldn't rather be doing than watch said tie.

Given you recent past record (according to your other post) it seems that there is litle that would make you go to watch any game at the Madejski - so your opinion isn't worth much is it?
