I know some people have had problems with the TO but whenever I have had a query or problem they have been more then helpful. I just wish some other companies I deal with at work were as helpful, they could learn a lot from the Club.
Quite agree, I've always found the staff at the TO to be excellent. Any problems are often caused by the rather inadequate systems they have been forced to work with until quite recently. Hopefully the new system is more flexible.Elm PArk wrote:I know some people have had problems with the TO but whenever I have had a query or problem they have been more then helpful. That's an excuse for me to add a +1. Moved seats last week, and once again enjoyed a friendly, painless transaction. I know it's not rocket science but good, friendly service is always appreciated.Billy The Fish wrote:Quite agree, I've always found the staff at the TO to be excellent.
It's more than in previous years (in fact, up to the departure of a specific manager at RFC) they tired to do too much and to be too clecer, so there was much too much scope for confusion.Royalshow wrote:The ticket office seem to be working hard to rid themselves of the amateur, sluggish, shoddy and utter incompetence that is often associated with them.
Very impressive! I didn't expect that many. I thought maybe 12,000 at a push.Gloria Gooner wrote:They were excellent when I called yesterday - STs sold now 14,001 by the way!
Does being tired make you clecer?Dirk Gently wrote:Royalshow wrote: they tired to do too much and to be too clecer,

Not sure why the club would want to waste money on a reprint, particularly as we are going straight back to the PL!royalexile wrote:Season tickets won't be sent out until all movers have been finalised. Also those with Prem logo on their ST will also presumably get a new reprint. .
I was mainly concerned because the address that the club have for me is different to the billing address for my credit card which caused a problem when I renewed online. In previous seasons I have renewed by post the club have been impressively quick in acknowledging the renewal and I was concerned that I had not heard anything after a month. The reason why it says pending online is because we have not ran a batch to activate the season ticket card for next season. This will obviously be done before the season starts.
