Fcuk off.
Done exactly what he needs to do. His job is to establish Stoke in the Premiership and 2nd season of mid table security is a fantatsic achievement.
Shawcross tackle was not dangerous, it was a tackle and the fact he got injured was a total freak. Even the ref said to players/staff after the game that it wasn't a foul and he sent him off becuase of the injury.
I know I shouldn't have bitten.....
A point made on page two in fairness.

Unfortunate accident, and I hope Ramsey makes a full recovery.
I think the point he was making was that some challenges people go into late, knowing that the other player is going to beat them to the ball, whereas here, Shawcross may or may not have even seen Ramsey coming in to nick it away, so he wasn't going in 'late' in his mind in the sense that he thought the ball was there for him to clear away and that was that - he wasn't trying to beat anyone in particular to the ball, he just went straight for it after he'd won it the first time round.PEARCEY wrote:ZacNaloen wrote:To say that Shawcross is late is rubbish, he's just won the ball and is then going to clear it when Ramsey comes in and nicks it away. Er the tackle was late which is why he caught the player. Your comment is feeble although I repeat I don't think in any way Shawcross went out to intentionally hurt the player.
