He doesn't really count. He's clearly not involved in the first team squad.Nameless wrote:Tennai WatsonSnowflake Royal wrote:Looks like Dorsett and Bristow may be seeing some time on the bench if Richards is out. That's us down to just Esteves for the bench of the senior defenders isn't it?

It looks like the early promise has just gone down the tube.Isn’t a quite lucrative contract up this season ? He then faces a long road back to full time pro football. This seems to happen so often with young footballers.Feel sorry for him really;but TBF I was the same in my early twenties. To survive in modern football;you can have all the talent in the world;but if you do not apply yourself,it won’t mean anything.Snowflake Royal wrote:He doesn't really count. OF course he counts. He’s employed by the club, is a registered player, is 24 so not a youth player, has been playing fairly regularly for the u23’s, has 30 first team games under his belt, has played for the first team this season.Snowflake Royal wrote:He doesn't really count. Because you reacted in a pointless way to me pointing out the player you had overlooked ?Snowflake Royal wrote:Here we go again.
Not only did you forget one of our players you also have absolutely no ability to judge people !Snowflake Royal wrote:I didn't overlook him. That's your assumption.
Not interested when you've got the arse on.
I think it was a bad injury at the wrong time as much as anything that shot his career. Although a complacent attitude may have been a reason for not recovering from it well.Westwood52 wrote:It looks like the early promise has just gone down the tube.Isn’t a quite lucrative contract up this season ? Tennai Watson
Could be an example where loan deals don’t work? Neitherof his deals went that well and sometimes going away from you club and ending up at a place where you know no one, maybe aren’t getting results etc can really knock a player back. Could be chicken and egg and a loan shows a player hasn’t got what it takes but who knows, I have no idea what sort of character he is ....Snowball wrote:If Watson was selected at FB, he could be a revelation as he would
have something to prove and would he playing to put himself in the

No idea why or when he lost it after showing promise,
maybe off-pitch stuff, but he would have massive incentive,
sort of the opposite of Omar Richards...
