As soon as Matic came on, the game transformed into United domination. Although he’s no where near where he used to be, why he didn’t start is beyond me

Surely Ole learned to beat City you need a defensive midfielder, one who sits between the lines and can distribute the ball between the defence and midfield. McTominay was superb in the league game, quite why Ole didn’t choose someone in his mould (Matic) to start this one is beyond me

I don’t think Ole is as terrible as some make out though. Out of his depth he is, but the way some go on about him, considering where he is and the squad he has, he could be doing a lot worse
