I can have a perfectly normal friendship with the women I work with without making lewd sexual comments or joking about their "assets" or whatever. That sort of thing is perfectly fine for the afterwork drinks, but in any professional capacity it just shouldn't happen. Mostly because it's unsuited to that environment.

I flirt with women at work all the time but that doesn't constitute asking for them to put their hands down my trousers or getting them to bend over so I can check out their arse.

That's because you were having a bantering discussion with her. You weren't standing with a male colleague saying she was sh!t at her job and wondering how much money it would take etc etc. See the difference?

Funny enough, I don't see this as anywhere near the same as sugesting that someone can't do their job because of their gender. But that's just me.

It's heartening to see so many of you men decrying what Keys and Gray have said/done. I presume there'll be no more sexist comments, particularly over on AE, no-one will call me old and no-one will tell me to go and make the tea. Hypocritical bunch of wakners if ever I saw any.

They are both from an age where you could say stuff about women get back to the kitchen blah blah, without anyone blinking an eyelid. None of what they said induced me to anything but the odd smirk. Had they said it live or when they KNEW they were being recorded, that is a different matter - it's no different to a couple of blokes meeting in the toilets at work and saying "have you seen the new girl on reception. I would!" Unless, of course, some do-gooding idiot decided to record them and then play it back to their bosses. And even then, I doubt they'd get the sack.

They'll both end up at TalkSport anyway, probably much the richer and amongst fellow sexists - so it will all work out ok for them.

Despite the fact that fellow Sky Sports
pundits seem to be queuing up to tell
friends that they all knew that Andy Gray
was on borrowed time at Sky, we were a
little surprised to find out quite what
a problem Andy Gray has with women
in sport. After all, he used to go out
with Olympic gymnast Suzanne Dando - who
was so limber during their courtship that
she could bend right round and lick his
balls mid-hump. After that sort of
treatment, you'd think he’d be all for them.
