This is taking an age to get over the line but work will commence over the next few month. Six houses needed to be purchased and 12 months notice given plus ownership of land owned by Sainsburys.

A bit like Trigger's broom. Several new handles, and new heads, but still the same broom.

The Glazier's preferred option appears to be building a new ground next door to Old Trafford, similarly to Spurs, and then build a smaller stadium on top of Old Trafford for the youth teams; but fans are pushing for a new South Stand, and improving OT as Liverpool have done with Anfield.

If it is anything like Iceland, about £7/£8 - although the beer in Iceland was very nice. Went to a microbrewery in Egilsstaðir - ASKUR TAPROOM, mostly craft IPAs but not overly hoppy.

Am I the only person who read this as building an academy pitch on the roof of the new stadium?

Got to be honest, for all its fancy windows and cladding, Old Trafford is a bit of a shithole thats showing its age. The same could have been said of Anfield pre redevelopment.
