Not my opinion that we've plummeted since his arrival ...AthleticoSpizz wrote:Yes and........it's all about opinions
Ultimately the last thing that we needed was yet another managerial sacking
Enjoy our next manager for six months or so....we have become a bit of a joke club...and a clown appointment is what we will probably get.
Pure speculation, but, I wouldn't bother getting too attached to him

It's not a question of winning or losing but you can't pretend he done anything to suggest things were on the up .. The guy above him left or was undermined, the guy under him left, but I suspect they jumped before they were pushed too ..AthleticoSpizz wrote:give it up Longshanks......you've won...enjoy the spoilsLonghorn1970 wrote:Not my opinion that we've plummeted since his arrival ...AthleticoSpizz wrote:Yes and........it's all about opinions

It clearly wasn't adequate. McDermott should have been able to do better, but he should have been given a chance to actually build something regardless.Longhorn1970 wrote:Same as warnock and Lee Johnson done ... why are you still blaming a perfectly adequate squad ?AthleticoSpizz wrote:"Moved us in the right direction"......how exactly should that be done with somebody elses team?
Not sure how you can be play off hopefuls having fallen like a rocket from 2nd to 13th.Longhorn1970 wrote:he took us from play-off hopefuls to mid table mediocrity then onwards down ...AthleticoSpizz wrote:That'll be the four months before the poor run of results that had him hung
There was plenty left to play for when he took over though, and plenty of time to manage those players so they did want to put it in for him and the club.AthleticoSpizz wrote:Sorry Hoops...it does with me
Last season was already played-out when he arrived....the team that he inherited had no inclination to take us anywhere after the Palace game.........those that had the talent evidently didn't want another spell with us.....Again, this is 100% failure by the hierachy....whichever way you care to look at it....they remain clueless
Massive LOL...exactly this.Longhorn1970 wrote:That's why they re-appointed BM ?AthleticoSpizz wrote:Sorry Hoops...it does with me

He failed at that which was a massive part of the job.
A valid constructive point was made to you......no need to give up.AthleticoSpizz wrote:Ok
