Without a doubt; and the Judge has set aside tomorrow to hear the appeal, so he is ahead of the game on that one.

I think it's a guarantee that whichever way it goes there will be an appeal. I would like to see Pompey get what they deserve which is liquidation it's harsh on the fans but I think it's the right thing.

I don't doubt that. But what I'd be interested in reading, when I can be arsed, are the full judgements at each stage of this case with PFC, to understand how a company so obviosuly insolvent for such a long period of time, can continue to trade. There can't be much doubt that organisations outside of football in similarly dire situations would have gone to the wall by now.
