However, don't Child STH's get free Young Royals membership this year? If so, that might have something to do with the delay.

If so, a simple communication from the club via the website/Facebook/email would save them having to answer a lot of individual queries. I've just emailed to ask what's happened to my kid's!

While I personally don't give a toss about the actual design of the card, the phrase on the official website :
