I don't get the lack of concern. We didn't get a system to unlock Wing's best last season but he still delivered double figures goals and assists. Just imagine what he could deliver in a better team. Well we probably saw it a few years ago with Smith, Azeez and Knibbs when it was Wing who took POTS.

I get he didn't look at his best last year, but whether if we find a team that suits him he's potentially the best midfielder in the league, and if we misfire again he's got the quality to provide key moments to win us points anyway.

So either way we want him in the team.

Yeah absolutely barmy to not want to keep Wing. His deep position was frustrating but not sure how much of that was on him, Leam or the rest of the team.

He’s been one of our best players for a time long enough to perhaps make people take him for granted.

Savage is decent too. With better players around them and more positive football these are the kind of players that can change games. I don’t think last season is the best metric to judge them by, personally.
