winchester_royal If we go up, the only ones who IMO are good enough for a starting place are Fed, Rosie, BK, Kebe, Cisse, SHunt and Doyle. The rest will offer good back-up.

I wouldnt even class rosenior, kebe or cisse as being good enough for the prem!! rosenior's defensive frailties will get found out, cisse's loss of possession will cost us and kebe will only be able to do something once every 4 games!!

There's a dearth of good full-backs. Rosenior and Armstrong are as good as we're likely to get (and keep). Think they'd be OK.

Dependent on how the team copes as a whole IMO. But I agree, we're unlikely to find better.

Franchise FC Given that the following list of players currently in the squad are clearly (according to some) not fit to lace Ollie Kearns/Jerry Williams/Wayne oxf*rd (delete as applicable) laces, I am dumbfounded that we could aspire to the P(remier)romised L(eague)and.

James Harper - can't tackle or pass
Shane Long - can't control a ball or score
Andre Bikey - can't concentrate for more than 10 minutes at a time
Stephen Hunt - can't (or according to some won't) tackle or cross a ball
Noel Hunt - can't contribute enough to make up for the fact that he's SHunts brother
Marcus Hahnemann - can't distribute properly and reflexes too slow
Jimmy Kebe - can't control his own legs let alone the ball

Do I need to go on ?

Can't we just accept that they all have their role, and just at the moment the whole is greater than the sum of the parts and just might be looking good enough to give us another shot at the big time ?
Maybe

If you laced their laces they would fall over or their boots would come off.
