I think it was actually said that in the PL there was a requirement for seats to be held for national sponsors and that area was where those seats were.Schards#2 wrote:Weren't we told that the reason GU1 is always empty is that it is set aside for corporates who have some sort of hospitality package?
That was excuse #32 on the reasons why we are not selling out. Just below "the game was on a Satuday" and just above "the game wasn't on a Saturday"
Indeed, so far twelve people have moved their seat to GU1. We only made the plans public on Monday so I'm happy with the progress so far. However my initial target was for 20-30 people to congregate and sing their hearts out, so we've some way to go. I've had no feedback from the local media as of yet, however the Reading Football Fancast have said they will give the details some airtime and coverage beyond Hob Nob.AlexY25 wrote:Nearly a whole row sold already![]()

I can't believe the local press haven't picked this up. You need to throw your net wider as there's a whole gang load of nutterz on OAE who would love to be a part of this and know nothing about it.
Do you know if GU1 has access for wheelchairs and/or head pointers?
Why do you even bother commenting. If you have nothing constructive to say don't bother.Focher wrote:Im with royal bod on this one

In that corner the noise would be really concentrated. A few hundred could be louder than thousands spread around the ground.
A few hundred!!! That is a bit hopefulNobby wrote:It's an excellent idea because the noise we make is too spread out between singing and non-singing people.
