Depends if the Malaysian consortiunm are still interested. Otherwise:

They have survived several High Court winding-up orders over the season and have estimated debts of £15m as a Malaysian consortium prepare to invest in the club with Peter Ridsdale standing down as chairman.

There's no way that the 82,244 people today have paid enough to "wipe out their debts and then some" - that would make it an average of £200 a ticket...

That's a pretty good deal there.

It'll certainly help Cardiff, but no way it's clearing all their debts. Even at £50 a ticket for 80,000 fans that's still only about £4m.

Or even a full understanding of the distribution of play-off ticket money. The money from the 4 semi-final matches plus the final is split between the 4 play-off qualifiers.

Its not even a serious discussion, his comment so absolutely riciudlous It must have been a pisstake or a fishing trip. If reading can sell half of our squad, have two years of parachute payments, two years of high prem tv money and still be borderline in the black, one trip at wembley for a club with 15 million pounds debt is not going to wipe the slate clean.
