It's more an observation that in the 5 years as Ineos, despite the budget being there, they've gone backwards and more or less abandoned the ethos that made them a great team in the first place. They've completely lost their identity. Maybe the riders aren't there but the whole mentality was to build a team capable of propelling the team leader to titles.
