I thought you were on a wind-up, until I got to your last sentence. This is serious sh1t.2 world wars, 1 world cup wrote:There is something seriously wrong.
Readingfc OS has not announced it, which is highly irregular and means the deal has hit a brick wall.
Therefore we can assume that Vibrac's influence is stronger than we think.
It follows that our debts are too severe and the strong likelihood is RFC is going into administration.
No news on OS thus far = definite administration pending and soon to be announced.
Furthermore this puts a serious dampener on Gylfi's move.

I think we only announced the Anton deal because the Mail were set to run the story the following day. I very much doubt the club would have said anything otherwise.Unbelievable Jeff wrote:I'm still not convinced this is 100% a done deal. If my memory serves me right, didn't Anton's takeover get announced before the FL test?
Charles Watts would have looked a bit of a tool if he didn't announce it had been completed after the article previous to that about the takeover being complete that day, has he said it had been completed to spare his blushes?
Hopefully they don't ask - what about getting money out of Thailand?Football league wrote: The Football League has released a statement to say that they were not presented with a satisfactory business plan to support the takeover.
"In any club takeover it is a requirement for the prospective purchaser to provide a business plan and to demonstrate that the funding is in place to deliver on that plan," they said

It's not 100%, as has been made clear in all the reports. There is one final step.Unbelievable Jeff wrote:I'm still not convinced this is 100% a done deal. If my memory serves me right, didn't Anton's takeover get announced before the FL test?

Good job it hasn't appeared in any newspapers this time thenKC Royal wrote:I think we only announced the Anton deal because the Mail were set to run the story the following day. I very much doubt the club would have said anything otherwise.
Or the club have learnt this time that it doesn't matter if the press run with a story, you don't need to go public until the time is right.TheLawnMowerMan wrote:Good job it hasn't appeared in any newspapers this time thenKC Royal wrote:I think we only announced the Anton deal because the Mail were set to run the story the following day.
