As I understand it, but I don't recall any team having the opportunity and not taking it.

In any case, there's a reasonably strong argument to postpone games early on, giving the squad time to gel on the training pitch and putting games later in the season where other teams have less time to react.

Will likely be Dorsett (Montserrat); Lane (Northern Ireland); Camara (Guinea-Bissau) and O'Mahony (Ireland U21) going. Not sure about Garcia, but could well be in an England U18/U19 squad.

Would be surprised if Savage (Wales) goes this time. Fraser's nowhere near the Canada squad these days surely, especially with him playing in League One and the massive improvement in Canada's playing pool over the past few years. Don't think Elliott's near the Cameroon squad under the current manager.
