listened to summat earlier that said in the season before the WC, players want to move if they need 1st team football but if they don't get it in the summer they use Jan to make sure they get their move, but due to the WC timing this year there are more players than usual asking to move now.

This is why I cannot understand FFP. Apparently Arsenal are on the watch list now as close to breaching the rules, yet Arsenal were about 7th in the spending this summer up until a few days ago... How are Chelsea and also Forest not on any watch list?
