I have Coutinho down as the worst ever. £142M and it was apparently structured so badly that Liverpool took the full amount incl ads ons within 2 years. Barca then loan him out to one of their rivals for some reason and he plays for them against Barca, scores, helping to knock them out of the Champions League

Not sure Kane will want to go. The Premier League scoring record is more important to him. He knows he can go to Man United on a free in a year, get the goal record, and likely win a few trophies along the way.

Can see Real taking Firmino for a year and seeing if Mbappé decides to take up the option in his contract of an extra year with PSG.

Also, talk that they are interested in Havertz. I'm not sure why you would replace Benzema with Havertz, but apparently Ancelotti likes him.
