Is there anyway on earth the Reading ticket office will reissue it?
I'm remember reading somewhere you could be issued with a paper ticket if you forgot your ST, but only after the game had kicked off?PieEater wrote:I had the opposite problem, my son left his member card at uni, I called the TO and they said they could reissue a paper ticket. Went to the East stand TO and gave them the CC I booked it on. They said they *could not* issue a paper ticket as the member card was still active and their system would potentially let some else in, but I could buy a *new ticket* for £28!![]()
I then went to the TO and they were a bit more helpful, although I got them impression that what I was told originally was their policy and they weren't meant to reissue a seat.
Essentially, because it was our fault we were meant to buy another ticket.
