Speculation - New left back...

by West_Reading » 24 Jan 2013 13:21

With Harte and Shorey both unlikely to stay beyond the end of this season, left back is an area which we desperately need to strengthen.

Martin Olsson is in demand (Both QPR and WHam sniffing around). Another name is Stephen Warnock, now being linked with Leeds. Would be a good solid signing, like Kelly, with a lot of top level experience and England caps too. Other names I can think of are Armand Traore (a bit suspect defensively, but good going forward and could happen if QPR got Olsson) and Figueroa (would be great but dependent on us staying up and Wigan going down).

Last I saw he wasn't even playing for Burnley. Although I agree, he was showing a bit of promise last year before Harte took over again.

I was taking the piss. He can't even make the Burnley bench any more.
