True. But there are also some who don't buy any of that.Forbury Lion wrote:£50 isn't dear if you cut back on beer.
Serious note - Anyone who spends £40-£50 a season on a replica shirt and £10 a game on a programe, hotdog and drink etc has no right to complain about the price of tickets.
How about as a interim solution championing concessions for those on job seekers allowance or full time careers for the disabled, that sort of thing where wages could be a problem, Especially for those with a long history of supporting the team, maybe even if it's just for the games where we have surplus tickets (pretty much all of them then!) - some revenue from ticket sales is better than none.STAR Liaison wrote:True. A bloke used to sit near me for several years - never wore any colours, never bought a programme or any refreshments that I saw, always arrived at his seat about one minute to kick-off, stayed to the end, cheered, swore and booed like anyone else, knew his football and who the players were. Purely there for the football, no gubbins. Respect for that.
Any update? Sorry to chase.STAR Liaison wrote:STAR is on the case. More details to follow.
