I would think you would be able too. As the ticket is for away from home.

I was going to ask if anyone had a spare ticket for this, or else would be able to get a spare one for me. As my member points is about 400, and I would like to buy a spare one for the missus.

Full payment will be provided, as well as a pint too!

What a shame the TO can't cope with online sales. And so to join the busy phone or lunchtime TO queue.

Let's hope that that is something that changes as a priority.

What is wrong with our club's ticket office? my dad has just gone down to the ticket office to get tickets for the west ham game and he was 3 points short of the required amount! the person at the ticket office quite blankly said that they wouldnt make an exception even though they had just done it for the bloke in front who was 2 points short.

this in my opinion is really petty and it proves that the banding for away tickets is rediculous! why cant the bands go in 50's? whats the point of having a starting band of 560 points.

Like you, I think the tiers are a bit strange but at the end of the day, everyone can check their points online or by phone so there should be no reason for people turning up to the TO without the required number of points.

IMO, neither the bloke 2 points short nor your dad should be able to buy a ticket without the required points - regardless of whether the tiers of points are fair or not.

Completely agreed, paul's old man's only complaint can be that the other bloke shouldn't have got tickets either, that doesn't mean he should be allowed to get them. me and my mate ar on 532 and 527 respectively so I'm going to get our tickets tomorrow, I can't think of any reason why I'd try to go today.

I'm a wheelchair user have over 600 points been a season ticket holder for ten years, been to every game this season can't get a ticket for West Ham as there are limited spaces. For those moaning about money just be gratefull you can go I am really pissed off.

I must admit, I do always worry about faxing, but always worked before. Usually I find later in the day the booking shows in my account on the OS .... but thats not working today

I also did mine by fax. Sent at 9.30am, checked an hour later on the online system and the ticket had been confirmed.

Its still a bit lucky though, not sure I'd dare risk it for a really high demand fixture.
