Motorbike parking on matchdays

Anyone know where is good/safe/free on matchdays?

Cycle/motorcycle parking is in the gravel car park opposite the megastore (just behind the burger van).

Free.

No idea how safe it is but I've never had a problem.

Obviously you can 'filter' to the front of the queue to leave the car park but you're still kept behind until the buses go.

Never had a problem parking the bike at the Madstadt.

Beware of the mad filtering when the gates open, if you are not a confident rider (ie ride in London) it is not worth getting caught up in it.

Well I was gazing over towards it past the burger van from near the megastore so I'm afraid I can't comment on the quality of the gravel. I'd imagine that the stone size is quite small and that bike tyres will spin on it quite satisfactorily, spraying innocent bystanders with tiny hard projectiles, and in the summer kicking up a duststorm. However driving into the gravel at speed, leaning over and applying the front brake will lead to gravel being stuck in my leathers and gloves and lots of scratches all up one side of the bike.

But I was too far away to see if there was even any gravel on it tbh.

The gravel is tightly packed and not really like gravel at all. Just don't go trying to get your knee down
