I agree, reduction of prices is a must to get working class fans back, along with other things, standing etc.

What I don't agree with is paying full wack just because I support United. F*ck Cardiff, Pompey, West Brom and Barnsley. They should pay the same as what I’d have to pay if it was United v Chelsea.

The FA are not reducing tickets here for the fans, they’re doing it to ensure that they make as much money as they can.

Yep - but that's the only reason they're playing the semi-finals at Wembley in the first place. FA Cup semi-finals should be held at a neutral ground like Villa Park or OT, just as they always were, and save Wembley for the final itself.

In this "giant killing year" it is notable that the semi-finalist sides have knocked out the grand total of 4 premiership teams between them.

West Brom could win it without meeting a premiership side.

BARNSLEY

£10 a ticket and a quarter final against a lower league club giving your team a GREAT chance of reaching the semi's certainly is a better game than watching a drab legaue game against a poor side.

Wouldn't be big enough I'd have thought.

The only one in the North if England that would be is City's ground, don't think having 25-30,000 Man Utd fans going there would be practicle!

Shame they can't decide once the semi's have taken shape. I mean if WBA draw Pompey then the Emirates would have been a good venue.

It'll be great to have a first final since 1987 without one of the big 4 in it and the first since 1975 without one of the big 6 (the other two being Everton and Spurs in my book).

Here's hoping for a Barnsley v Cardiff final with Barnsley taking the honours..... where's the proposal for a Champions League place now!
