Hi. I'm in the process of buying a caravan. I shall be renting it to people, hopefully from mid May.

4 berth caravan, very nice inside on a lovely, quiet site.

Low season prices £180 per week.
Mid season £220 - £350
Peak season £370 - £420.

RL, I think you can hire the hot tubs from reception. Don't fancy it myself. May as well get an old army surplus S tank, fill it with hot water and fart in it. Same effect but cheaper I'd imagine.

Should get the caravan signed over in my name at end of May. Only an hour's drive from Cornwall and 5 mins drive from Woolacombe Bay. I'm reducing the rental prices a bit then when it's not booked up it's all mine Not looking to make a profit on it, just helping towards the site fees and running costs. Reason for getting it is for me, my friends and family to use.
