I don't think we'll get him, but because he's in your list I voted for Curbs.

But the more realistic and stand out candidate has to be Rodgers.

According to the club they will do things by the book and if they approach another club to speak to their manager and are turned down they will abide by that decision. Therefore I can't see Rogers, Martinez or O'Driscoll even being starters as there is no way their clubs would let them go ....

In my opinion it depends how much money we offer Watford

Really? Watford are strapped for cash at the moment and a decent compensation payment might just help them decide.

Also all depends what's written into BR's contract - release clause if Reading or Chelsea approach maybe. Unlikely, but you never know...

'greed, and if Rodgers expresses his interest, will Watford want a manager they forced to stay?

I think Curbs would take it - He has been out of work for almost a year and was not considered for several Premierleague jobs in that time. He was heavily linked with Ipswich which suggests he may be interested in the championship, and if he spoke to SSC he might be persuaded its a good job.

I also think that we would ask permission to speak to other clubs managers, but its hard to see Doncaster, Exeter or even cash strapped Watford being able to refuse us if the manager is interested, and those three all would be I'm sure.

Obviously we'd all want Big Ron, but then the poll would be pointless. This is more a 2nd choice after big Ron poll....

I'm in the Tisdale camp - with a big supporting role for Dolan - I have an Exeter City sup-porting mate who cannot praise him highly enough.

But Rogers and Martinez would be equally fine and Curbishley would be good as well. O'Leary would be interesting

I wouldnt want any of the other names mentioned- but particularly want to avoid Ince, adams or anyone longball...

+1

He would certainly make a very exciting manager and could bring in some exciting flare players.

I voted for "other" (Alex Inglethorpe). Frankly, the judgement of Hobnobbers is so truly terrible that I hope we don't sign anyone who comes towards the top of this poll.

I'm guessing you must be the man himself!

Still one FA Cup draw and you're now included :-)

Didn't you leave Exeter for tapping up players? We wouldn't like that at Reading!

I'm disapointed to not see Nick Jarvis there, hes clearly visible in his management techniques and has been successful at his present club, so u can understand my sadness at not seeing him listed.
