paper tickets weren't being read

there was meant to be one queue for membership cards and one for paper tickets at gate 8.however it was all a mess as no-one told us which queue to get in...

I know, but things improved late on and Chelsea squeaked a draw despite it all....

Every season I turn up to the first game and expect my season ticket to not work... Hasn't happened yet...

I don't think I've ever been to a game where I haven't seen someone have a problem with their tickets.
