Thats why you collect the ticket(s) yourself if its unreserved to avoid it not arriving in the post and the hassle of purchasing twice for the same match.North Somerset Royal wrote:problem is the TO wont issue a duplicate because the tickets are unreserved.
Not the easist thing in the world when you don't live in Reading, or for example, when you book online.Dan - B15 Royal wrote:Thats why you collect the ticket(s) yourself if its unreserved to avoid it not arriving in the post and the hassle of purchasing twice for the same match.North Somerset Royal wrote:problem is the TO wont issue a duplicate because the tickets are unreserved.

Had I known that the local post office people were going to strike I would have waited until my next visit to the Mad Stad. However due to the heavy demand durinfg our glory years Ihave got into the habit of buying online on the first day that away tickets go on sale. In fact In all the many years I have been buying tickets by phone or online this is the first time that they have failed to arrive. Still the good news is that I called in at the TO before the game last night and whilst I had to pay again for new tickets they kindly agreed to refund the cost of the originals bought on line if when they eventually turn up I return them intact.Ian Royal wrote:Not the easist thing in the world when you don't live in Reading, or for example, when you book online.Dan - B15 Royal wrote:Thats why you collect the ticket(s) yourself if its unreserved to avoid it not arriving in the post and the hassle of purchasing twice for the same match.North Somerset Royal wrote:problem is the TO wont issue a duplicate because the tickets are unreserved.
