Quite agree....only use it for cases like this though, not for silly things like fouls etc.

When its obvious ALL the players saw something the ref may have missed, then a quick link to the 4th official who can re-watch it and have a decision made before anyone even knows a replay has been asked for.

Replays on all goals would not slow the game down. There's always a break after goals anyway.
