"Never, have I felt so low as a Liverpool fan as I have tonight. The team were spineless, gutless and showed no measure of character whatsoever and that's what hurts the most. There are so many sub-standard players out there. Insua, Lucas, Ngog and Babel to name but four. But for me, Gerrard is starting to oxf*rd get on my tits. Bottom lip is firmly out and that's no oxf*rd way for a captain to behave, let alone the captain of this club. If he expects to play with world class players every week, then oxf*rd to Madrid because frankly your petulant arm throwing and dagger-esque looks are doing nobody any favours. Yes we can understand your frustration, but oxf*rd me, there are plenty of better ways to show it. What another oxf*rd shit week for the soap opera that is Liverpool FC. Shankly must be spinning in his grave at the set of oxf*rd currently inhabiting Anfield. The whole club is a mess from the two c*nts at the top, to Rafa's bizzarre and frankly, tiresome, backing of sub-standard players and to those players who clearly have chucked their toys out the pram. Frankly I'm ashamed to be a fan of the club at this present time. Anyone see the lad crying at the end? Perhaps they ought to oxf*rd show that to this shower just to reinforce how much this club means to people. Sorry for the rant, and post-match is probably not wise to come on here, but my emotion has got the better of me. A very, very, depressed Red."

I don't like liverpool really but no need to mock them, they weren't particularly aggressive with us over any of our games in recent years.

How they are feeling there we've felt most of this season, especially on HNA.

TBF - they are a poor Premier League side without Gerrard and Torres. With those two interested and playing all match they'd have beaten us.

Link not working at present - I suspect the site has gone into meltdown with their fans calling for Rafa's head!! Sky Sports News asking for emails in support of Rafa - as yet they haven't received any.

Read the first five pages and their fans are at least showing our club a lot more respect this time around.

It's not mocking them, I do this with most clubs that have a decent forum. (see Watford.)

Yeh sure! Just like Man U were going to beat Leeds with all their stars on the pitch!

Their chances of beating us might have been greater but it wouldn't have been by any means guaranteed, any more than it was at The Mad Stad.

But they weren't and they didn't. And that's what makes this wonderful game so special to all of us.

Their fans showed minimal respect to us following the game at The Madejski....they deserve all they get.

Rich Smith (Liverpool fan) says...

....Liverpool shouldve beat Reading the first time of asking, but they didnt. No disrespect to Reading, but if Liverpool were playing a more quality opposition e.g. Spurs even, they wouldve been beat easily....

I dont know why but this statement makes even more delighted that we beat these horribly diseased people.

Philip O'houlihan (Liverpool fan) says...

Seriously...! This has to be the last straw. Shane Long is world class compared to some of the Liverpool starting X1. Sorry Rafa...You're out of chances..

I don't know. Who was it seriously predicting a 9-0 defeat tonight?

Exactly how many matches do they need?

Lined up in a proper formation (for Liverpool) and took us seriously today. At the Mad Stad they seriously underestimated us and Rafa got his tactics totally wrong.
