Disagree on all accounts. One of the few managers who gives opposition teams credit so much prefer him than most of the prem managers out there. He did a good job at pompey winning the FA cup and keeping them up, did a good job at west ham where he brought on tonnes of young talent on a low budget and had them comfortably mid table for years and now he has transformed tottenham back into a side competing for fourth place. It doesn't matter about squad loyalty, look at how that worked out for coppell with Reading... great wasn't it? Pick in form players and win, regardless of who they are.
