Arsenal will have to play their home leg of the Europa League on a Wednesday at 5pm as Chelsea are also at home in the 2nd leg. 5pm kick off set to avoid as much overlap as possible with Champions League games that day.

The deal was there and Arsenal withdrew it. He most likely would have signed if it was good enough to. If he was told he would get more minutes he would have.
