It's one record that barely gets a mention anywhere - and of course, if such a record is mentioned, it's only ever 1961 Spurs and the ManU (almost) 1985 teams that usually get talked about

That 13 wins will take some catching as its from the start of the season which makes it harder given sides are bedding in new players.....pretty sure the record for any stage of the season is 14 as can remember at the time we were very close to it in 1985.

Cannot deny they are absolutely flying and scoring for fun, but whilst they are ahead of where we were, we won our next 8 on the trot.

Just had a nose at their up and coming games and they have some (on paper) tough looking fixtures, including double header against Ipswich and visits to Southampton and B’ham. If they are there or thereabouts after game 26 when we slightly took our foot off the peddle, then I reckon 106 good be in jeopardy.

I'm assuming they are going to beat it and fair play if they do.

To have scored 50 goals in 18 games is crazy - that is 20 more than the next highest scorer - scoring 3 or more times in 10 of 18 games.

A GD of +32 (3 times the next best)

Currently on a run of 11 wins from the past 12 games.

They just look crazily good, so fair play to Frank Lampard who looks like he may have cracked this management lark after all.
