Hutchinson in for Yiadom is probably the change, but not much in it.

Surely among 11 professional players you could spend enough time practising with one so they could kick a stationary ball reasonably accurately most of the time ?

True, but Forest suffered from having a loanee that performed massively … he went for big bucks to Spurs rather than sticking with his Forest mates

Indeed. Swift took poor set pieces regularly, so does Ince. I can’t believe you are suggesting hitting a stationary ball is not a teachable skill !

It is a bit of a shame that we don't have someone who specialises in that area though in fairness. Ince and Hoilett, just being wide players. should be decent enough candidates for corners and wide set pieces, but I do think it's an asset to have someone who can be a threat from 20-25 yards in a shooting position. Ince has a decent strike on him though, as Cardiff found out, so he's probably our best option.

If this new left back is Joe Bryan then probably solves that issue. Otherwise we desperately need someone on the bench who we can bring on to give us some creativity to cut our reliance on set pieces.

Ince and Hoilett both have pretty good delivery.

Don't mind a few duff ones, when you also regularly see balls whipped in well.

Fornah, Hoilett and Ince were screamers. Joao’s one ok but the last one was practically our U23s.

It is exactly the sort of deal he needs now - he's still only 19 isn't he? Would be much more beneficial for him to play 20 or 30 games at a lower level at this point of his career rather than getting 5 or 10 mins here or filling at RB in an injury crisis.

Only concern is that as with Dorsett, he is out of contract next summer, so could well be the last we see of him unless the club have an option. Could be that they have decided he isn't quite what we need though and just looking to help him move on in his career.

I guess though as he's 19, he doesn't take up a squad place, so only really frees up the wage not a slot.

Sure it will be best for Tetek just with our very stretched squad, a relatively experienced u23 could be useful

Even if he isn’t what we need long term would think we’d keep him on for the year as cover. But thought same with Dorsett. Keep him around for the year for cover and go from there but obvs ince and co see it differently
