Whilst my suggestions were tongue in cheek, why do we need names at all.

At EP we had Town End, Tilehurst End, Southbank, and feck knows what the stand was called, STAND I think??

So North Stand should be Town End, South, away end, east Stand and west, all works fro me.

Agree with renaming the North Stand as the Town End. But what happens when her Maj finally grants Reading city status? Does it become the City End? Doesnt sound so good to me.

I say go for renaming it to "The Sir John Robert Madejski OBE DL Stadium". Not only would it really annoy Oliver Holt, but it's also an anagram of "Shortened jailbird bosom jerk Stadium", which I think would be a good alternative name if he sold up.
