If City didn't have all these millions then i bet you the fee would have been half that.....its the same as what happened to Chelsea, teams double their valuation of a player just cos they know the buying club has cash to splash.rg6royal wrote:£14m LOL LOL LOL
Well I think most people would agree with that tbh!Royal With Cheese wrote:Would have him at the Mad Stad.
Bellamy has scored 4 in 7 for City now....as i said, he's just the kind of player City need and i feel Hughes is slowly getting the best out of him.Thomas L'Heureux wrote:I don't disagree with too much that you say, TBM, but how exactly did you come to the above conclusion? On 19th January TBM wrote:Bellamy is exactly the kind of player City need though....i think he'll do well for them, better than Jo thats for sure!
Bellamy is injury-prone, disruptive, and not really that great a player. When you consider City already have Robinho, Wright-Philips, Ireland, Michael Johnson, Elano, etc, what would Bellamy really add?
Those players each have pace, a good touch, and are all capable of scoring goals. In my opinion, they need a player who's slightly different to what they have already, and Bellamy isn't too dissimilar in my eyes
