guess we all knew (at 1-1) how this result would end.Simmops wrote:Nearly thereAthleticoSpizz wrote:would be great to see the relegated team go on to win the cup....imagine the canary mongbosrd meltdownSimmops wrote:Go on naaaarch![]()

Cheese man united typical goal. Never seen a game where a team got battered so hard and we're so resilient at the end though. Fair oxf*rd naaaaaarge
To keep the experience as close to normal for the players I guess. May make a small mental difference.AthleticoSpizz wrote:Just watching the PNE v Cardiff game on Quest
Why does PNE have an announcer at the ground?
Announcing the goalscorers (as the goals went in) to ...well...nobody?
From what I gather, Bournemouth fans aren’t too upset with Fraser leaving, had a poor season by all accounts. Don’t think Ibe has featured much at all this season, not sure what the deal is thereSimmops wrote:Surprising Bournemouth are letting Ryan fraser and Ibe go without a fight, I suppose they just probably refused to sign deals. Fraser is a good player.
It's a shame as I've always liked Bournemouth. I like the "small" and new PL teams such as when Blackpool went up. He could easily manage a mid table team such as arsenal.URZZZZ wrote:From what I gather, Bournemouth fans aren’t too upset with Fraser leaving, had a poor season by all accounts. But they have looked pretty toothless attacking through the entire season, some poor buys from Howe and I’m not sure he’ll be there much longer
And in the battle of ex-Reading players, Keith Curle proves to be the winner (barring a quite incredible miracle) as Northampton are 3-0 up and Exeter are down to 10 with about 5 minutes left.AthleticoSpizz wrote:Yeah, bit like an all Premiership FA Cup final.
At leat Exeter (currently 0-2 down) have a couple of players once of this manor
A more sensible approach imo would have been to start 2nd week in August but scrap the League Cup and EFL Trophy for next season.Stranded wrote:Regardless of how it ends EFL due to have a vote next week on start date for 20/21. 2 dates put forward 29. August and 12. September.
Far too soon. Make up of the divisions will not even be finalised until 4th August after the Championship play-off final. Won't be a normal pre-season naturally but clubs need more than a week to prep. Agree on scrapping the cups for a season. EFL won't scrap league cup though as likely that once it's gone, it's gone.Old Man Andrews wrote:A more sensible approach imo would have been to start 2nd week in August but scrap the League Cup and EFL Trophy for next season.Stranded wrote:Regardless of how it ends EFL due to have a vote next week on start date for 20/21. 2 dates put forward 29.
