I couldn't careless if they're hooligans or not. I don't want them in the Premiership because they're Welsh!!SpaceCruiser wrote:I, for one, do not want their horrible hooligans in the Premiership.

It would be awesome
Maybe they'd set up a membership scheme where fans are only allowed to travel to away games with a valid ID card.cmonurz wrote:Promotion to the Premiership might even force Cardiff to sort their support out once and for all.
The Vatican has a team in the lower reaches of the Italian leagues and apparently a little league of their own.San Marino has both its own football league and a team (San Marino Calcio) in the Italian Serie C1/B. An amateur team, A C Juvenes/Dogana, plays in both the San Marino league and the Italian amateur leagues.
I take it you would both, therefore, support Sepp Blatter in his attempt to align governments with FAs in FIFA's constitution i.e. drop the home nation international teams and replace it with a GB team?Reading Abbey wrote:I couldn't careless if they're hooligans or not. I wouldn't care for a GB team! I class my self as English, not Scottish, Welsh or Irish.swansea jack wrote:I take it you would both, therefore, support Sepp Blatter in his attempt to align governments with FAs in FIFA's constitution i.e. drop the home nation international teams and replace it with a GB team?Reading Abbey wrote:I couldn't careless if they're hooligans or not. And Spacey, I didn't think you were stupid enough to think that Cardiff are the only team with hooligans.
No, you're right, but I'm extremely happy to see Millwall where they are currently. I hope they stay there forever.swansea jack wrote:And Spacey, I didn't think you were stupid enough to think that Cardiff are the only team with hooligans.
You'd have no choice when FIFA get their way!I wouldn't care for a GB team! I class my self as English, not Scottish, Welsh or Irish.
Scousers hate Mancs, Geordies hate Mackems. Not a reason for any of the teams not to play in the league. No Fixed Abode wrote:Surely the question should be....should they be allowed in the ENGLISH LEAGUE?
Especially when most of their fans hate the English.
IIRC, when they were setting up the new Welsh league (in the early 90's I think?), they asked the big Welsh teams if they would defect to the new league. Rather predictably, the big Welsh teams turned it down because they would lose money if they played in that league. No surprise at all.Sun Tzu wrote:Ideally Swansea, Cardiff and Wrexham would play in the Welsh League but it's not reasonable to chuck them out of the Football league.
They probably have more English players than most Prem sides. No Fixed Abode wrote:Surely the question should be....should they be allowed in the ENGLISH LEAGUE?
