Without looking it will either be Champions League final in 1999, United Liverpool FA Cup Final 1996, United v Chelsea FA Cup Final 2007 (I think) or Boxing day cricket at the MCG. All of those will probably come in around the late 80k's.

I was at Sunderland v Reading in 98 which had a 40,000+ crowd.

That was a league record for a Reading game at the time and Sunderland's biggest gate for a long time. Not many crowds that big outside the top flight, play off finals excepted.
