Reading vs Bolton, Wembley play-off final May 1995 (around 70,000?)
Man Utd vs Reading, FA Cup game where we drew at Old Trafford (thanks again to HP for his ticket that day) and then the draw at the start of last season - both near full houses of around 75,000 I'd hazzard a guess at.

How many people did Wembley hold in those days. My only trip there was to see the Littlewoods Cup final in 1987 and I have vague memories of the attendance being about 90,000.

My record is (I think) about 100,000 (selective memory says 105,000) for my solitary trip to Camp Nou for a league game in 1996.

Good thread, had to go and look it up and it was the world cup qualifier at Wembley in 1977 where we beat Italy 2-0 (Keegan, Brooking) but it wasn't enough and we failed to qualify (again ). Coppell had a great game though...
