You can even print off your tickets for free at home, thus removing the risk of them spotting the absence of a Brummie dialect were you to collect them in person.

Bought three tickets on line on Tuesday for people who all had the requisite number of points, received the email confirmation, had my bank account charged and they are showing on my points record. Not yet received the tickets and the club haven't confirmed that they have voided the on line transaction because of the programming fiasco.

i'll be a touch disappointed if they have, particularly if they refuse to refund the money and then add insult to injury by deducting the Royalty points.

Would love to but having seen first hand what Birmingham fans are capable of (yes I was there when they invaded the pitch after Gilkesy scored) I don't particularly want to be sat in with them with my 12 year-old son when they get the hump as our promotion/championship party kicks off

Haha my friend tried booking these on the off chance as soon as they went on sale (we all have around 800 points, so some 1,200 points away haha) and yes, as has been highly publicised, it worked. He is now a legend among us all. Bloody love ticket glitches. See you in there with the phallic inflatables!
