Not great for an opening day game.
No doubt about it. Professional football over here is generally ridiculously overpriced especially with the 'quality' on show. £27 to watch federici, Long and co. No Fanks.Mad Dog's Ghost wrote:Pea,
Gate Saturday was about 1,300 up on Scunthorpe. Forest brought about 2,000 more than Scunny. So about 700 fewer RFC fans Saturday. Surprising. I'd have thought Forest would be a bigger draw. Perhaps the 'pay on the day' fans deem £27 too much for the quality that's been dished up so far?

it wouldnt really be a shocker if we lost a few fans, espcially with all the "where has all the money gone"ing, and "why arent we buying anyone"ing going on
There have been top flight games with attendances of 7000.No Fixed Abode wrote:V Northampton 6,986
