Not all female commentators are bad, Donna Simmons was quality on TMS.

problem is the football commentator ones sound too nutch and eager to impress.

Donkey kick is a perfectly valid football phrase! Le Tissier used to do it all the time from free kicks.

She's a much better reporter than commentator where her voice becomes a bit too much like a shriek for my liking. She's certainly a lot more knowledgable about the game than a lot of so called experts that they wheel out on the BBC

She is a big Wolves fan, I used to know her & had the misfortune to attend Wolves v Stoke with her many moons ago (fyi neither of us was there in a professional capacity) (also fyi the misfortune was down to the quality of the game rather than the company).
