so we use the old speedway stadium -going in one way and out two thus causing a traffic jam on to the a33 as they cone it off, why is there no car park steward on hand to remove the cones when needed

Why would a Reading Football Club employee remove cones from a non Reading Football Club car park?

The cone truck traffic mobile thing came round picking up the cones at about 5.30
