Watching Lazio - help / advice needed

I am going to Rome in a couple of weeks and want to go and see Lazio play.
Has anyone been to see Lazio / Roma and do you have any tips for:

Getting tickets and where to sit / stand?
Getting to the game?
Any other tips / issues?

get metro to stadium
buy ticket

I've seen Roma at home. Unless they are playing each other (or maybe Juve?), the stadium will be 1/2 empty. Italian football is in a terrible state. BTW the match I saw was Roma v Napoli and the away fans fought the police all game.
