FA Cup Final date not yet confirmed but will be before 19th May as this is the release date for Euro 2012.

If it is, I guess it also falls down to whether they schedule a mid week league game in the first couple of weeks (seeing as the season finishes a week earlier than this season does).

The midweek game in week 1 nearly alwayd ruins my prediction on this count!

Having said that, that there's also the first two rounds of the League Cup during August. So I'd imagine it'd be something like:

Championship:

Sat 06/08 - League
Tue 09/08 - CC1
Sat 13/08 - League
Sat 20/08 - League
Tue 23/08 - CC2
Sat 27/08 - League

Would be surprised if a league game was scheduled for Tue 16/08 so I think you're probably safe in your assumption, SFers.
