Having listened to many media outlets today, I understand we are the only playoff final where the National Anthem will not be played, due to our playing a Welsh team.

Should I be outraged by this or rise above it with an air of English superiority?

If you want to hear the national anthem, go to the Last Night of the Proms. This is a club football match, not the semi-final of Euro '96, so why do we need to have a communal sing-song lauding the royal family?

This is completely understandable because "God Save The Queen" is the National Anthem for the UK, which only includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and......... oh hang on....they might have made a mistake here!!
