Interesting, I had the same thing when I bought my Millwall ticket. I'm a bit about this and wondered if it was a website fault?

New ticketing system being installed. I'm sure they'll collect the latest purchases from online and put them on the new system to get points from. If that makes sense...

Can you use the voucher which came with the season ticket on match tickets? If so do you need to go to the ticket office?

Worth a phone call I guess - assuming you're using it to buy a ticket for a m8, they might let you purchase a ticket and then "cash in" the voucher if you collect the ticket from the TO on matchday.

If you look at the voucher it says you can use it for merchandise, home league tickets (not cup then) and hospitality. It also says you have to present the voucher in person

Perhaps you could have looked at it?
