Drinks service in East stand

Seems to have deteriorated significantly, queues 10-12 deep.

Not sure why, maybe the sale of Guiness??

Some of the tills were running a 2-man operation; one person taking the money and another getting the drinks; worked brilliantly, they were getting through the queue probably 3 times as fast as the single-manned ones.

I observed this from a single-manned queue whilst watching the progress of a man who joined the queue next to me first catch up, overtake, and then get served whilst I was still 4 or 5 people back. And I was THIRSTY

After the hike to the stadium I was gasping, but saw the queues and decided they can fook off if they think I'm going to wait the long to buy their overpriced shit and part with my hard earned dosh, if you're going to charge that much get some better service FFS.

I don't drink at home games, but just a thought, can't you get a pint off of one of the ghost buster lookalikes with the fosters barrel on their back and soda stream guns? Shirley that would be quicker?

That's why I didn't see him then!! M8, I was so "iffy" from the previous night's drinking that although I had a glass of wine, I had to give half of it to my brother in law. Sad times.

Tills weren't working at the bar I was at. I got asked if I knew how much my three pints came to. They were writing it down on pads. Stupid girl still forgot to give me my third.

The thing that pisses me off, is that they can only be busy for about an hour and half period before the match, and another half hour later at half time. Yet they show no sense of urgency what-so-ever in busy periods.

Was bad service yesterday.

Bought a pint of bitter and half a cider...came to 5.80. Gave some bird a tenner, and she asked me out much change she should give me !!
I should have said £25, but she was clearly stressed out with queues waiting 15 minutes or so.
